Last night I was captivated by a doccie about Ancient Egypt on DiscoveryWorld. Scientists have a new theory that global warming could be to blame for the Egyptian empire’s collapse 4000 years ago. This prompted me to re-evaluate the current never-ending buzz about the so-called present day global warming.
If we hold history records on one hand and the UN Climate Change Report on the other, truth will be that all the hype about global warming is nothing but media propaganda.
If it is true as records show that global warming is nothing but a “natural” cycle of events on this planet, why the “supposedly” most intelligent people in the world dare to own it as their own findings? That alone baffles me.
Or maybe this present day global warming is more intense as we all know what the impact of human industrial activities have done to this planet. But taking that extra human input as the sole reason why the Earth is warming up is anything but scientifically incorrect.
If those scientists can actually prove that global warming has NEVER happened on this planet, then their human factor theory will be the absolute truth, then again history slams on our head the facts that this event has happened more than once in the past. Now I get confused, well not really.
I first doubted this whole human-factor-only theory not that I denied it. So please don’t start calling me names already, please read me through
If global warming is as serious and legitimate as it is, why the so-called developed countries have hijacked its legitimacy and turned it into a political tool to curb other nations’ industrial development? Namely China, India, Brazil and many more?
The buzz around the Copenhagen Climate Conference and the deafening silence that accompanied its end was quite a sign for me.
The world’s powerful WANT by all means to stop any other nation from joining them on the table of POWER, so blaming ourselves for the current mess done to this planet is more like an ironic way of confessing in order to show the rest that we have to stop whatever we’ve been doing so far and WAIT… meaning we’ve already had a headstart so slowing the rest down is actually good business for us… That’s just one of my theories.
Even if global warming is truly a global problem, the simple fact that political powers are flashing it as a political tool for economic murder of others is a simple sign that that truth has lost its edge and legitimacy on the altar of power, even if it was real and true and serious, not EVERYBODY will so easily buy into it. That makes me even more of a sceptic then.
One other thing is the way the whole GLOBAL warming issue has been OWNED by the United States and partners. Why only a group of people tend to know about the advancement of this PROBLEM and only that elite tend to have the ideas to FIX it while it will benefit ONLY that group financially? Namely the “Nobel Prize Winner” and global warming’s own superhero Mr Al Gore and company?
On that note, Al Gore lost my intelligent support when I realized that in his movie “The Inconvenient Truth”, he deliberately used computer generated imagery from the apocalyptic movie “The Day After Tomorrow” and passed it as the REAL THING currently happening. When a so-called “TRUTH” uses a “LIE” to confirm it, the whole “truth” concept is tarnished just like the metaphor of the rotten tomato or apple or orange? Uhmmm *clears throat*
If history tells us that this is what happened when you were not here, who are we to doubt her?
If our human factor is any reason why this time the event is happening faster, why are they using it for political and economical reasons?
If we can fix this while we can, why any other arguments other than the one supported by the US and friends is judged unscientific when supported by plainly clear evidences?
If the world is truly heating up, why all the hush hush policies about it?
If the planet blows up, we have no escape venue… We’re in this TOGETHER, A LA VIE, A LA MORT (Life or Death).
Let’s get real people…. Just my African way of seeing this whole thing

Keep up the good work, I like your writing.
